is a unique valley with water flowing from eleven northwest Iowa counties through a working and natural landscape with rich culture, habitats, and heritage.

The watershed covers parts of Buena Vista, Cherokee, Clay, Dickinson, Emmet, Ida, O’Brien, Osceola, Palo Alto, Plymouth, and Woodbury counties in northwest Iowa.

This partnership exists to address the challenges impacting this area while maintaining balance between working landscapes and nature with respect for private property rights and all who live, work and play here.
